Can I write this entrance exams without mathematics I did arts in high school had 4papers with ENG,ECONOMICS,LITERATURE,HISTORY

Please sir i wish to find out if it is possible to enroll into NAHPI department of Mechanical and industrial engineering without passing mathematics for both O level and A level. I also heard from someone that it is possible to enroll into NAHPI without having mathematics but later write it, is this true sir ?
